Testing standard
No unit leaves the warehouse untested. This page lists what we check on each type of equipment, and what we record.
Amplifiers
Run on a load bank through every channel; thermal, protection and DC-offset checks; fan and filter inspection; mains-voltage check.
Loudspeakers and line arrays
Driver-by-driver sweep for integrity; impedance check; cabinet, grille and rigging-hardware inspection; horn and waveguide check.
Consoles, processors and DJ gear
Every fader, encoder, button and motor tested; firmware version recorded; all inputs and outputs checked; power-on soak under load.
What we record
Test results and photos are kept for each unit, and a test report is shared on request before you pay.
